Nurse Lydia Chavalala
Founder
Nurse Chavalala is the founder of Sithembo Tranding & Projects helping small to medium companies position themselves before devoting her fulltime to Sithembo Tranding & Projects , Ms Chavalala was appointed as the Acting Executive Manager Corporate Services in 2020 overseeing all Corporate Services functions within the National Home Builder Registration Council.
Ms. Chavalala has over 30 years of managerial experience in organisational leadership and relationship building with stakeholders, clients, and team members, the skills she attained over the years has enabled her to execute and quickly assess the needs and provide tools to resolve any difficulties, enhance learning and improve performance. She is a dynamic leader who is able to bring energy, enthusiasm and humour to motivate and ensuring the team meet their primary objective and achieve their potential.
Ms. Chavalala earned an MBA - Regent, as well as a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Limpopo and 21 Other Generic Certificates (Incl: Leadership, Management, HR, Problems Solving courses, Conflict Management, Job Profiling, Job Evaluation, Change Management etc)
